  • Workouts are designed using a well-thought out strategy which includes functional fitness circuits, compound exercises, strength training,
    cardio, interval training, plyometrics, power, agility and flexibility & balance. A few of our tools include: TRX, Bosu, Kettlebells, Battling Ropes, Weights,
    Med Balls, Rebounder, Treadmill and more

    10 session package = $380 (expires in 2 months) $38 a session

  • Single Session = $40 pay as you train (come and go as your schedule allows)
