What Can I Expect From A Group Training Session:

  • 6-8 people max, 60 minute sessions
  • It's about YOU not 30+ people in a crowded class, we don't believe in following a one size fits all format
  • Personalized training sessions that are full of High Energy to continue to inspire you while growing your fitness level
  • Workouts are designed using a well-thought out strategy which includes functional fitness circuits, compound exercises, strength training,
    cardio, interval training, plyometrics, power, agility and flexibility & balance. A few of our tools include: TRX, Bosu, Kettlebells, Battling Ropes, Weights,
    Med Balls, Rebounder, Treadmill and more
  • Monthly Newsletter with recipes, fitness tips, nutritional tips and behavior coaching

Saturday: 7:00am - 8:00am  Debbie

Our training schedule will expand with the growing needs of our clients. Please let us know what days/times fit best with your schedule. We're here to accommodate you!

Payment Options:

  • Transformation Package
    10 session package = $380 (expires in 2 months) $38 a session
  • Single Session = $40 pay as you train (come and go as your schedule allows)
