Each session is 60 minutes (compared to 50 minutes at health clubs) = 1 free session after 6 paid sessions, this is a big savings!
It's about YOU. I will listen to you and we will collaborate on the best training approach and timelines. With this in mind, workouts are designed using a well-thought out strategy which can include functional fitness circuits, compound exercises, strength training, cardio, interval training, plyometrics, power, agility and flexibility & balance. A few of my tools include: TRX, Bosu, Kettlebells, Battling Ropes, Weights,
Med Balls, Rebounder, Treadmill and more.
