Debbie Collins has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. Her education includes, wellness coaching (exercise science, nutrition science, behavior science), personal training, corrective exercise, functional aging specialist and group fitness with professional certifications with ACSM, ACE, NASM, and Cal State Hayward under Dr. Donald Chu. In addition, Debbie holds many additional certifications (TRX, Cycling, Bosu, Tabata Bootcamp, additional Nutrition etc).
Debbie specializes in movement patterns to upgrade your health and fitness, while decreasing injury and increasing flexibility, mobility, strength, power and balance. She offers both private and small group training sessions.
Debbie has an undergraduate degree in Business Management and is currently enrolled in a Masters program in Clinical Research/Regulatory Science. Her professional track includes 28 years in the cardiac and vascular disease field (heart disease). This has afforded Debbie an invaluable education about heart disease which includes how to prevent the onset, and how to manage if you should be diagnosed to improve the quality of your life. She continues to work in this field during the day.
Debbie is truly passionate about inspiring her clients to reach their optimal fitness levels through mindset, nutrition and movement.
